SLOW CRAFT SUNDAYS — a gentle community space for co-creating 🌿
As the seasons begin to shift, the garden offers a different kind of abundance. Seed heads, berries, leaves, bark, and the last of the flowers invite us to notice colour in quieter ways and to gather what the season is ready to share.
Autumn is a time to slow down, to make with intention, and to embrace the beauty of change. Working with fallen leaves, late blooms, natural fibres, and botanical materials, we'll explore the rich, earthy palette of the season through natural dyeing, botanical printing, mending, and mindful making.
These gatherings are more than craft—they are gentle seasonal rituals. A chance to pause, follow your curiosity, experiment without pressure, and enjoy the simple pleasure of creating by hand.
In the company of others, projects unfold slowl. There is no expectation to finish or arrive with a plan, only an invitation to begin where you are and work with what you have.
Slow Craft Sundays are a welcoming space where seasonal living meets creative practice, rooted in community, sustainability, and the changing rhythms of nature.
You're warmly invited to bring a small textile to dye or print (ideally natural fibres in white or cream), something to mend, a knitting or stitching project, or simply your curiosity, your hands, and your heart.
We'll gather in the garden while the autumn weather allows, or move into the warmth of the studio when needed—sharing stories, cups of tea, and the quiet joy of making together as the season gently unfolds. 🍂
